• Email address

Details of Disclosure and Barring Service checks (DBS) where applicable
This information is held by our Membership Secretary securely as a password protected spreadsheet list.
We do not collect any personal information from our website, though there is an access point for sending us an email.

Why the information is being collected

So that we may be able to communicate with the community regarding the activities of Moira Players. We use the Moira Players Website to direct the public and members towards the most suitable activities according to their preferences, to inform them of all matters concerned with their participation in productions and to inform them of events.
